Our top lane riven died 8 times in 13 minutes.

It doesn't matter, I got a single kill during laning phase so I could just right click to win even though I got autofilled to adc. Proof that botlane has too much impact.

It looks like the rest of you team did really well tho? Not entirely sure of the point you're trying to make here, but this looks like a solid counter argument to the "worst player loses the game" claim.

The point is that adc has too much impact compared to other lanes, but the impact of the adc is decided by how well the support and jungles do early game. Their jungle did not gank bot once in the first 15 minutes, while our jungle did gank bot.

So did their top lane with 8 Riven kills have any impact?

Kled and Elise had no impact past laning phase as a fed top laner can't compete with a fed adc.

Ok, I was just curious

Evidence from our ELO hardly matters. Its not what the game is balanced around nor should it be. A good toplaner would have pressed his lead elsewhere. If the enemy toplaner was winning that hard he should have roamed for important objectives.

Logic doesn't apply to most players who game today no matter how solid it is. This fed top laner lost the game by not doing what you said, the ADC didn't win the game.

You see a lot of complaints from High ELO that are valid and anytime someone in our ELO sees what theyre complaining about happening in our ELO they hop on the bandwagon without realizing that were really not even playing the same game. As if in silver/gold/bronze/plat people are playing well enough to consistently to know whats broken or not. Lets ignore the odds of your toplaner bring bad are higher in low elo or ignore the fact that one ADC could be MUCH better than the other in our ELO. Lets ignore the fact that an autofilled support in low elo decides games more often than not. Lets ignore that people dont know how to rotate or prioritize lanes and objectives Lets continue to complain about balance when the skill set of the players is nowhere near balanced in our ELO. We need to accept the hard truth that we cannot complain about balance when Yi and "Noobstomp" champs are sitting on high winrates in our ELO because were not playing properly. Its not about them balancing for pro play either. Its about them balancing the game for the way its meant to be played.

I agree with you. So many in Low ELO are basically lemmings and jump on the bandwagon. I honestly believe that RIOT has the game balanced around team play and make adjustments here and there. I adapt to the changes because I don't have a god complex like so many other players do and then they decide to come here and whine and bitch about something they can overcome by playing the game with their team like it's meant to be played.

Same here. Im hoping I can git gud enough to hit plat this season. I have a 68% winrate on my OTP main and it works for me because I spent some time trying to learn what works in my ELO. What works is learning a couple champs thoroughly because you can outplay people who counter you at this ELO. I enjoy playing zyra because I can build to damage tanks(Not a ton fo damage but I can deter them from blindly all inning us), Build to delete squishes, build to peel for an adc, or build to help split push once I have my core. I have a second account im trying to just play all champs I can get my hands on in ranked because its helping me understand how to fight them. I go into every match knowing what my strengths and weaknesses will be and know that just by having the highest vision score possible, Im influencing the game more than most supports at this ELO. I understand this isnt gonna get me to challenger but I am cruising through gold so far. TLDR is theres a meta for every ELO and you have to learn to play it in order to climb. These METAs are not what Riot balances for. Ive never played at a high enough rank to get a handle on what is this game's real META

You are exactly what gamers used to be. Now they are mostly whiny and bitchy people who think they know everything except they learn nothing. Good for you. Keep it up.

I grew up in the 80s and when i was a little mig89 we had to figure out how games worked before how they were played lol

You already know what a good gamer is then and what you need to do to succeed. After the Warcraft fiasco and the simplicity of gaming created by Blizzard to pad their pockets, most gamers want everything to be simple and easy and be rewarded for it as much as they can whine and bitch.
