Illaoi Buff Suggestions from a 400+ Game Illaoi Main

Across this account and my alt, I have over 400 games on Illaoi. I'd like to suggest a few changes to make her more viable competitively.

• Remove the slow on her E, put it on her W.

I'm talking like, give her W a 1 second 40%ish slow, and remove her E slow from when they leave range. This would make it easier to land unulted W's in lane as harass, because they are so, so easy to dodge right now.

• Make her tentacles always stand tall.

What was the point in making them go dormant. It's literally 1 less auto attack, and it just gives away where Illaoi is. This is the main factor in why she isn't viable in higher elos. If you want to start somewhere, start here.
