I would use it against garen too. I found that it makes trading with them a lot easier to do, but I do hate what you can build it into.

Yes, item 3033 is underrated, its not bad vs other ADCs who are building LS either.

Yeah they're buffing it (a little: 45% bonus armor next patch) The reason they dont put a bunch of bonus armor pen is because item 3123 & item 3034 are strong and if you create too much bonus armor pen to go with these then the item will be ridiculous.

I hate that they removed the old last whisper tbh.. I mean, they saw how hard assassins got hit after losing it and then gave them a mastery point to make up for it.. and on top of that they are making an AD assassin item.. like wtf? Why not just keep old last whisper and make it melee only or some shit lol.

Yeah I agree that they should go back to the old lw, why deal with this bonus armor crap, that the system has to put into its calculator. Simple is better
