Does anyone actually enjoy solo Q?

I don't mean does anyone enjoy the process of reaching higher tiers, and thus proving yourself better. I'm saying does anyone actually ever enjoy the actual games that come along with playing solo Q?

If hell exists, then i swear that every damned soul has a pc (with crappy internet of course) and is playing Solo Q league, all of the time.

I enjoy playing ranked and trying to improve my gameplay. I don't think that everyone is ready for ranked right as soon as they hit 30, but Team Builder really helped me improve myself in ranked.
