item 3147 Unique passive blackout Unique passive: +20 out of combat movement speed Unique passive: shadow stalker: Unique passive: Shadow strike: The first basic attack against a champion per combat critically strikes for +0-180+0.5total AD*1.(lethality) physical damage

I just.... i really miss the out of combat movement speed. It was incredibly nice on everyone except talon, who broke it.

Uhhh? Its actually a buff. 0.5 total AD, +180 increased by your lethality as a %. And it gives crit synergy.

Say you have 300AD and 80 lethality. That means you (crit) deal (180+150)1.8 = 594 physical damage.
