Let's talk about utility masteries a bit
This is just something I was thinking about, and when the preseason finally ends I'm hoping Riot will address this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see very many people using support masteries. Maybe they'll take the masteries at the top of the tree, but there are very few champions who fully invest in it (all the way to the bottom). The current meta is so focused around offense (or defense) that no one really has time for utility. I'd really like to see utility become a viable option again, without it becoming too strong. Any ideas?
