Does armor even affect jhin.
Im playing
with over 400 armor and he still crits me for like 1000 damage with a ghostblade. Why does any armor feel like paper.

I don't believe you. Even at maximum level, Ghostblade is 20 reduction. That's a 0.208333333 multiplier. That means Jhin basically did 4800 damage without armor.
Jhin's crits only do 1.75x damage. That means his autoattack did 2742.85714 damage if it was a crit. He has about 1000 AD lategame, MAX. I'll be generous and assume that.
That means it dealt 1742.85714 damage JUST from the 25% missing health. That means you had 6971.42856 total health. That's bullshit.
You had only 1000 health worth from the items you listed, and Malphite's health at level 18 is 2104. Runes/masteries aren't going to change that any meaningful amount, let alone to 7000.
what if jhin was using crit modifier runes with infinity edge.
How much health?

how much health?
So not much.
how does health have anything to do with taking a value of damage. AR lowers the amount taken and Health is the amount of damage you can take.
Your comments are not even on point. The point is that stacking AR does not seem to reduce the amount of damage taken, not that he took X damage and died.
And then you realize Jhin's fourth does % missing health, and Rozair gave a specific number. WHICH MEANS IT DOES MATTER.
Holy hell.
% missing bonus hp or do we include malphites runes and level?
Contextually wrong but ok. First he game items not health or even currently missing health. Runes and masteies could flux that number a bit.
Ralnar failed to even explain that missing health is part of the damage being done (except it is 4th shot). Normal crits do not apply. The op fails to say what shot that was for jhin. The OP probably does not know that this is important or how that is going to effect things
The OP obviously is looking for someone to give a real answer and why he took so much damage. Saying you do not have enough health is not even close to the answer .
Yes the OP is missing information that is needed but if you wanted to help him you would explain what is missing or how things worked.
Both of your responses are pretty hallow to the OP.
And then you realize.… you can count the heath from the items… which along with Malphite's base HP, will be PROBABLY around his full max health, give or take a few tens MAX.
More health doesn't change the relative % missing health. It's still 25% missing. But more health means said 25% missing will be a bigger specific NUMBER.
And I already went through it step by step why it is bullshit in my main separate post.
wow your are dense
It's better to stack health on top of resistances rather than resistances on top of health. There's a math formula that I can't remember, but it comes down to that having 400 armor and not much health added on actually gets rather detrimental.
You want at least 3000 HP as a tank, at the very damn least. So you should have 3-4 health items along with your resistances.
does not explain the damage taken. Please learn reading comprehension.
That's why I asked for how much health he had. To get more information.
And insults are unnecessary. Keep your salt with Nep since he's the one arguing with you.
except health does not matter... Get that through your head. How much is missing and if jhin is on fourth shot DOES. You also fail to explain what you are looking for and why; if you are truly trying to help.
Instead you come up with not enough health when the champ does do damage based off flat health numbers.
Your points are meaningless cause they do not get you anywhere. I am talking to you the exact same way you talked to the OP. Ever wonder the OP is not coming back to his thread?
I just asked about the health. I did not insult the OP. So no, you're not talking to me the same.
