Dear Riot,

This is a suggestion first off, Now I remember back in the day you said you were removing the ability to see other players pings to avoid people harassing them over bad internet. However its been here for awhile and I've never thought to bring it up, but perhaps I should; You can still see a players load percentage; if it goes slow people generally know that player has bad internet. You should probably remove the percentages aswell? And then on top of that a possible new rule for ranked play? "If you go into ranked games and you start lagging and you have had lag issues in the past, riot is not responsible for how players react if you start saying youre lagging, this does not mean they should be toxic, however in ranked play you should not be playing with known bad internet or a known bad PC as it ruins other players games"
