Lucian can be really great with a good support who is able to lockdown someone for his ult. That being said....He is lackluster in almost all other departments.

Braum Will make your ult completely useless, and I mean 100% useless. Vayne Will just tumble away and you'll never land it. Caitlyn Will net away and your ult is useless.

The amount of damage Braum receives is extremely miniscule A full Lucian ult to a walled braum can't even drop him by 5% health. And if I'm not mistake Vayne can tumble twice during the length of Lucian's ult.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying Lucian is weak or needs buffs, but he def needs a power shift.

Lucian is fine. I've been maiming him for about a month now. His damage is actually pretty damn high, his burst is great. I mean he truly is a lane bully

why does everything have to be compared to vayne. this is getting old to be honest. I know shes overplayed and maybe overtuned, but lucian can easiliy beat vayne in lane. lucian to me does not feel underpowered in any sense. the IE > ghostblade route on him with armor pen reds is an insane mid game spike where you can melt just about anyone who hasnt built armor.

vayne actually makes sense here because she is one of his greatest counters. vayne being a very common pick is one of the reasons why lucian is considered shit tier right now.

it also says most people are still building him SS second. which to me is good. but not as strong as his IE > Ghostblade spike. I'm just saying. if people played lucian more like what he is an AD Caster rather than just go for an attack speed item second I think people would be a lot more successful.

I think people underestimate Lucian. He's not as good as he was Pre-Cinder, but he's far from the worst ADC. A good Lucian is still completely able to function and contribute well to a team.

As a lucian player - his early game harass and sustainability in team fights is weak. After building into an IE though, its all about the double shots after successful skill shots. Those are very rewarding. Tons of poke.

I would recommend a damage increase to his ult or small base damage increase and a small 1 sec CD relief on his E.

I was actually thinking that maybe they could add more scaling to his passive. That's what identifies Lucian. I was thinking maybe a level scaling of 30/35/40/45/50/55/60% scaling of his passive at levels 1/3/6/8/11/13/16. Just to make sure his power gradually grows rather than stagnate from each %AD increase.

More so than lots of other ADCs, but not that much more tbh. His Q doesn't do much dmg at all until you get your first big AD item, since it scales off of BONUS AD rather than total :/

I like Caitlyn with an aggressive support like Nami, Karma, Lux, etc to get the most out of abusing her early game but she falls off pretty hard if she's behind.

I dont think shes the worst adc late game, if you did dominate your lane then she scales really well BUT if you fall behind even slightly you are screwed since she is a very bad duelist and has lttle utility compared to ashe or jinx.

Lets say you are against graves or vayne. If you get ganked and give a kill to them you are fucked since you will never dream of winning trades or all ins. Caitlyn is completely reliant on her aa's and range for all her damage, if you dont have items she is almost completely worthless.

Thats why I like her with a lane bully support, to make sure you win early game and scale into late game.

I dunno, I feel like Caitlyn is the champion you pick if you want to force a tie in lane. She can't really win a lane against a competent opponent in soloQ and literally nothing definitively beats her.

They really should rethink what Lucian's thing is... He's not really hyper mobile, or all that capable of incredible damage.

Last thing I want on my team is an ADC that falls off late that isn't Mordekaiser...

If Lucian is going to be this popular, I would rather he not be this garbage. He's literally worthless if he ever get's behind, less dominant than other adcs if he get's ahead, and gets outscaled by every adc not named Corki or Kalista. And his early game isn't even good. Vayne, Jinx, and Ashe bully him hard early game ffs.
