Exhaust is basically useless because damage is so it doesnt matter
reduces damage by 40% and it doesnt even feel like it does anything more than slow them down.

koshkyra2 votesDid you mean "damage is so high" because yeah pretty much, all it does it reduce vaynes tumble crit from 1.2k to 900. I'm still going to die instantly regardless.
