Why isn't Poro King mode all random?

Would have been way funner like that instead of how it is right now seeing the same champions dominating in this game mode. Then again, Riot still hasn't allowed ARAM accounts to obtain all champions on champion select for ARAM.

Random wouldn't be as fun.
