Just played against a blatantly scripting Ezreal

I main Cass at Diamond. I have 63% win rate with her. I could not land a single ability on him, unless I happened to catch him while he was using Mystic Shot, as it prevents him from moving. If I threw a Q directly on top of him, he would immediately begin moving away from it. If I threw a Q down a pixel away from hitting him, he wouldn't even attempt to dodge it. The same goes with W. He always moved away from where I was laying it before the projectile even appeared. He rushed boots to ensure that it would always be able to dodge.

Why have these players not been banned yet? This has been going on since season 4.

Even scarra can't avoid every single skill shot, react that fast, or correctly predict where I'm laying every W, as there's no indicator.

idk, being able to dodge well isnt very convincing alone

Eh, the game won't naturally realize that a script is giving it input vs. a human giving it input. You have to use clever heuristics and careful analysis of how people are playing to get decent guesses about scripting so it makes sense that there are going to be people getting away with it for a while.
