So kled is impossible to one shot or kill very quickly?

lets say he is mounted on skarl and an lb or lux uses theere combo on him and we all know both those combos come out very quickly. Lets say the damage would surpass both his and skarls hp bars but since kled unmounts from skarl when skarls health is gone then goes into stasis and the damage also doesnt carry over when he is unmounting then he is essentially immune to late game one shots from people like lux rengar and lb and such . did i get that correct?

I don't think it would be impossible to do enough damage in one instance to overcome the rest of his health bar while he's still mounted, but the untargetability (not stasis) when he dismounts means that a successful combo will have a small hiatus in it, yes.

Also, I don't know whether or not damage carries over, but I would assume it does just because it would be a very frustrating mechanic otherwise.

yes thats the whole point lol so if together they have 2000 health and you quicckly do 2000 daamge he is going to live cuz the damage doesnt roll over

Why not just save part of the burst for after the quick moment it takes him to dismount? Don't just blow everything all at once, just think of him as having a constant much shittier version of Zhonyas.

the examples i gave do there burst then they are done besides rengar so they wont have anything else to use. Im curious as to why riot listen lux as a counter to him when she cant burst him

Dude I'm just trying to have a civil discussion so please keep that shitty attitude to yourself. If he really is "busted" they can just tone down Skaarl's HP, but not being able to be exploded by an assassin, which is the case for A LOT of champions, doesn't mean the champion is broken.

based on scaling, if he has ult lvl3 and 700 bonus AD his ult does 100% of targets maximum health as damage

This is actually a good question, I'd like to know the answer.

Furthermore, does Kled retain any debuffs which Skarl had on him? Roots, bleeds, ignite, ect? Or is it basically a temporary stasis followed by a totally new and as-of-yet untouched champion spawning?

It depends on how tanky the player builds him. Skaarl acts like a constant shield it looks like but his HP depends on how much bonus HP Kled builds, so he can still be squishy as fuck and die to LB's burst depending on his build. I assume he will be built with more damage than defense and the Skaarl HP shield mechanic is going to be necessary to withstand any kind of fight

Edit: I also just learned that any bonus HP Kled builds is ONLY applied to Skaarl, so when he dismounts he only has base HP.

If you're combo is messed up by the 0.5 seconds of untargetability he gets when hopping off Skaarl, yes, he is impossible to 100-0. Also, yes, you can't deal 100% of his health with one bit of damage.

Pretty much. But the invulnerability window is super short, and he likely won't be THAT tanky. Odds are you can save one ability for when the dismount finishes, and for someone who's killing him with basic attacks like Rengar, it basically won't mean anything except that rengar has to right click him again after the initial burst.
