Darkdemon6531 votesWhile his E will apply the damage of Rageblade (and potentially the phantom hit), it won't stack it. The stacking of Rageblade is an on-attack effect, not an on-hit effect.

Kai Guy1 votesInstantly is an exaggeration but its in a very small time window. I disagree with murder on almost everything but I believe that you should support what is true. Garrens E will Apply stacks of Rageblade.
Now I don't think the build Murder provided is gonna be all that viable in a fair game and think the 50% on hit reduction needs a mention. Having said that the fact remains that on PBE you can stack With garren spins and it applys on hits.
Fair is fair, It will Stack Rageblade currently. Dark had it wrong. I can screen cap it for folks if they wish.

ThisName1sDumb1 votesYou can't build Garen like a squishy drain-tank like Master Yi without the extreme mobility and cc dodging potential of Master Yi's Q. You definitely need boots somewhere in there, and most likely need some armor too. You're probably fine on MR with that wits end though.
