I've literally seen every single champ in this game snowballing and carrying the game, even trundle... meh, even pre-rework urgot... but olaf... never since he got olafed

Then you should try him, once snowballed, with your sustain you can clear whole jng as toplaner and get that sweet 10 cs/m and basically carry your team as toddlers, maybe it's better to pick Aatrox, but Olaf is still ok imo, but nothing helps me to stop being hardstuck in D3 :(, but he is entertaining at least, give him a chance.

Those "outplays" from the video are just very bad missplays from the enemies and it looks pretty much like bronze. None of those were outplays.
