Engage/disengage: Depending on how he uses his ult.

Blocks projectiles: Literally his gimmick.

Decent base damage for trades: is a tank so that's normal.

Gives resistances: Not much.

Stun/Slow/AoE slow: Is a tank and therefore has CC.

I'm not seeing broken. But how would you balance him?

Make his passive only stun if he hits Q. that's more than enough for me. and make his E block less stuff.

not like it's hard for adcs to proc it from afar in lane simply because braum managed to land a single auto on you even if he missed 20 q's

She is a Support... That is literally her one job, she is 100% designed to disengage and peel for her Carry. She pays for this with 0 damage, 0 tank, and fairly poor engage. Also it is not like she can do this all the time, she does have cool downs, plus unless you all stupidly jump in at the same time from the same direction she is going to have trouble stopping multiple engages unless her team is retreating.

Dodge her Q and wait to use your gap closer until she ults.
