Riot once again releases a champion that isn't anywhere near balanced. Their track record so far: Vel'Koz balanced, rest completely broken.

Jihn has better range than Cait, can kite about as well as Kalista, traps that are equivalent to Teemo shrooms, grenades that give him free harass ON TOP of the long range, and an ult that is a better version of Cait's and can fire FOUR times. Seriously, just fire whoever you have in charge of the balance team and hire me instead. Hell, you could hire someone off the street and do a better job at this point.

After playing him a bit, he can kite quite well if he can crit every aa. Thats probably not enough tho lol

not saying that he kites bad (his marking + w is nice) but he doesnt kite as kalista. noone kites like kalista dude. every aa from her is a little jump.

Between the MS buff he gets and the traps he lays, he can kite insanely well. Plus it's hard to get out of his traps when he can root you.

Kindred was fine, Bard was fine, Illao was a bit weak but fine(she just needed minor buffs). And Jhin is fine as well.

Kindred is still on the OP side after several nerfs. You can start Red, hit level 2 and go gank mid or top for pretty much a guaranteed kill at the 2 minute mark. Plus the ult is stupidly OP, it's like the bastard child of Trynd and Fiora ults.

Bard was VERY underpowered on release. It took about 6 months for him to be even viable.

Illaoi can easily 3v1 once she hits level 6 and take out at least 2 of the enemy in the process. She can't die at all when she ults unless you have 3 people focusing her, and if you don't focus her, she pentakills your team.
