Riot I have a question on new Archeangel's Staff.

On the PBE, I noticed one change that might be overlooked on item 3003 :

It gains 400 more mana, and still has up to +750 charge from the Tear.

However, I don't see any notes on item 3040

Currently, item 3040 Mana is exactly 750 charges + 250 base that Archangel's had.

Does that mean that item 3040 will have 1400 Mana, and a 50 AP base, or will it have 80 AP base and 1000 Mana?

I'm pretty sure they just haven't updated the tooltip for Seraph's Embrace yet.

A Rioter already said the item will give a total of 1400 mana once fully stacked. That's 750 from tear + the 650 base mana on the item.
