Just had a Jinx using The Champion catapult while IN lane.
You would be fighting her and if she was about to die she would Blast off and Jump away like 
rocket Jump.
Some times she would use it to jump on you to get a kill. Basically anyone can have Trist Rocket Jump by using this Bug.
