New Gangplank E

Set Sail! Toggle: Gangplank calls his pirate ship and begins to ride around on it. While on his pirate ship, Gangplank can only cast Parrrley and Parrrley is changed to a targeted cannonball that deals 90/110/130/150/170% (+3% per 35 bonus AD) of Parrrley's damage and has double range, but does not apply on-hit effects and can miss. Gangplank also gains 40/45/50/55/60 flat movement speed but cannot basic attack while on the ship. Gangplank's hitbox is increased to be equal to the ship. While on the ship, as an extra bonus, Gangplank's pirate passive is edited to say he is a the god of pirates. Cool Down: 3 sec. Ship Size: 400
