You know they're in a bad spot. And yes I'm talking about Ezreal. I don't care what you do for him. You could give him normal base HP (like most other adc's), give him his 'w' debuff back, reduce his mana costs, reduce the channel time on his ult, etc. I don't care what it is, but give him something please. I'm tired of Ezreal's power budget revolving around his arcane shift, which honestly isn't that great of an ability.
ProExpertKing4 votesThe reason Iceborn gauntlet is such a popular pick on ezreal is just how overloaded it is and how abusive ezreal makes it. You just mash your q button for an aoe slow that does 400 damage. Why the hell not get it? And then ezreal got nerfed because it was only really broken on him but was considered a staple item so they just made it so it didn't make him go to a point where the aoe damage could half hp you're entire team, or kill the squishies because a tank walked in front of it and the aoe got you. That would be insane and massivly frustrating as well as just bad game design. Also no one wants blue ezreal to be competative. No one. Not even faker likes it.

I am aware that the number is healthy. What I don't like is how he's forced to build those items to succeed. He should be able to build other items (you know, normal adc items) and still be relevant. But the thing is, if he builds anything other than that he dies too quickly.

He buys the Manamune/IBG because it synergizes with his kit extremely well because it lets him spam his short cd Q for the repeated slow.
