If Nautilus is now a support his kit should be reworked to succeed off low gold and less health

The mana nerfs put nautilus in a weak state right now. Riot needs to make a plan for him and give him tools to succeed.

Hey man, fun fact, nautilus isnt a support, he's a tank. Theres effectively no difference betwen Leona and Nautilus in their playstyle, you simply go in on the nearest threat.

Nautilus was never intended as a support, things just happened that way. Nautilus was original concieved and planned as a Jungler, and was played Jungle and Top most of his existence, him being a support came up around season 5, and was considered off meta for the first part of it, finally riot was like "Well people are doing this" and made his recommended page full of utility items.

Well the core difference between Nautilus and Leona is actually in their CC. Leona technically has more of it in a way, but Nautilus' cc is in some ways harder to avoid.

Nautilus' q cannot go through minions like Leona's E can, so hiding behind minions is a viable strat against nautilus, and something he has to take care of. However terrain poses no benefit to leona at all.

Nautilus also has significantly more wave clear than leona, seeing that her only aoe that isnt her ult is her W. Speaking of her W, it only provides resistances, so champions like Vayne are a much bigger threat to Leona than they re to nautilus, who's W provides raw damage mitigation.

Nautilus also can still decently be played in the jungle but his clear is slow. Leona in the jungle requires a very specific build, and skill set.
