New Champion Alert - Not A Rumor

We have three major things that are signaling a new champion release (not rumors!)

1. Pool Party - This time last year, Jinx was teased in the 2014 Pool Party splash art. The time has come again. This time coincides with the following two points;

2. The PBE recently received an update with an aquatic laughter that plays when people die on the Rift, or when you /laugh at the river. Bard also had teasers tied into the Rift (his symbol appeared on rocks, then started glowing later on).

3. The recent Patch 5.11 foreward contains an obvious hint at something coming up;

"And that about encapsulates the contents of this patch. For those of you struggling to keep up in your games of League, we're always striving to ensure you won't be stuck up the river without a paddle. That said, if conventional means don't work, be careful who you call when seeking help; there's all sorts of things out there, preying on the wishes of desperate people. Mope, and you mope alone - laugh, and the world laughs with you. Or so they say.

Boy that was cryptic."

The mention of being "stuck up a river" and laughter fits the aquatic laughter that can be heard.

I would say it's time to keep your eyes peeled and Surrender @ 20 refreshed because the next champion is likely coming down the river very soon.
