A small buff to Darius: Reduce the cooldown on his E ranks 2-5

Meaning his level 1 E cooldown would be the same, but leveling it after that would have a lower cooldown than current E, which is extremely punishing if you miss with it.

Thoughts? It would be like 2ish seconds lower each rank afterwards.

Current E cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12

New E: 24/20/16/12/8

Or it could be

Other New E: 24/20/17/13/10

Thoughts?

What I really feel he needs is the range nerf removed. It was fine back then yet they stealth nerfed his grab range for 0 reason.
