Remove the "ban none" option
This is straight out trolling. I don't know why this option is even here other than to tell your teammates that you don't care about winning.

And then people will just ban a useless champion instead
I mean, when I'm playing normals, I care more about seeing what's OP vs banning out 1 out of 141 champions to increase my odds of winning. Odds are that you'll probably have 2-4 champions you have a tough time playing against, and the experience playing against them is beneficial to my overall success.

maybe cause there are several champs that screw you over and you can only pick one so you pick none instead.
How is banning none fundamental different than banning a champion the other team banned as well? Both result in a wasted opportunity.
