What's your opinion about jinx?

I didn't saw any post on her in the last season (and maybe in the last 2-3 before). Does this mean she's healthy or well balanced? In the last two season I heard a lot of complaning about half of adc roaster for nerf or buff ( ). I never see thread complaning about her. And even so, it was not about jinx itself but about her item such as . Her pickrate is always ok but she has almost always 50+% winrate each patch. Even when her winrate reach 53% she didn't get any hate. She fit into immobile carry (easy to be murder),hard selfpeel (basically her W and E has a delay), weak early game (due to the lack of dmg ability) but also fit into hyper carry AoE,team fight monster and tower killer monster. So what do you think about her? She's a well/bad design champion? She look balanced/unbalanced? She deserve her spot or no as good winrate champ? She shoud stay at the top of adc winrate since her kit design or should stay in other position? She should get buff/nerf or be keep as she is?
