so riot wants to make people less toxic

yet they dont seem to think its a good idea to fix the problems that make it a toxic heap in the first place? first off the mmr system, it is going more and more downhill with nothing at all being done, you win 3 matches? have fun fighting players 3 whole tiers (no joke) higher than you for 7 games just because you possibly got carried for 1 or 2 games, then wonder why people get mad and flame others? its because your helpless, you cant do anything against someone that much better than you, i know the system is ment to weed out smurfs but it doesnt do that at all, it just punishes you for doing well while it does work decent in ranked it should be like it is in norms, whats the point of giving a couple smurfs high tier people to vs to spare lower tier people then youre just going to put already high tier people in every game? and its not one sided ive seen low tiers complaining about being shit stomped after trying to have fun and plats and dimonds complaining that they're tired of versing bronze people and shit stomping them because it just isnt fun to do, then there are the typical "use it to get better at the game" comments but have you ever thought maybe im not trying to get amazing at league and just wanna play a GAME because i want to have FUN? then theres something people have wanted for a LONG time, a pure solo queue, so many problems are directly caused by duos flaming trolling and even holding matches waaaaaay longer just out of spite and screwing up the match making for everyone else potentially completely ruining the mmr/tier balence in matches. if i rioter does come across this could i get a answer on if they are working on a better system or just why they think this one is is better than just matching people with there on tiers (bronze vsing bronze/silver, gold vsing high silvers or gold etc) and if there are ever plans for a solo solo queue
