Guns dont kill people. People kill people.

Matchmaking is the real problem besides any abilities or ultimate any given summoner can do.. players themselves OR they're own allies are really the most broken thing to consider.. like when you die by not looking at that mid MIA ping from a few moments ago? that shit will always melt anyone's brain and if your team happens to have more melted brain matter? well then you lose. Not because enemy is OP because your teammates fed him to begin with just like i have to shoot someone with a gun to kill someone to begin with.. see where im going with this?

Fix matchmaking first before you touch the champions for a change. Ranked is the heart that keeps the game pumping, its not the damn skins even and riot KNOWS this, which is why everything is catered around LCS for instance. No ranked = players with no ambition to reach an higher rank (that's the majority of the player base)

i have no graphs or data but i know for damn sure this game pisses a lot of people off. So if people were to continue playing to begin with you have to assume most people either prepare for or play ranked..
