Honor isn't until next patch.

Missions will release with the skins later, as is customary for skins. They usually don't happen same-day.

I thought the same. IDK. Edit: Wait, I meant I thought missions were on this patch (7.12), the new honor system is for season 8. Sorry, apparently I have issues typing what I want to say. Edit 2: I got runes and new honor mixed up. New Honor is in 7.13. Runes Reforged is in Season 8.

At the bottom of the patch notes under "Upcoming Event".

"event-exclusive missions"

Edit: Since you are in EUW I assume you may already be on patch 7.12. You probably just have to wait for them to unlock the event now.

They aren't very clear about it. I have no idea if they will continue missions after the event-exclusive missions.

I believe missions launches when the new Yas/Riv skins become available, and it says on the home-page honor is scheduled for 7.13, so in two weeks or so.

PS. Unless player reception is terrible, I believe missions stay forever, when it refers the "event-exclusive missions" the exclusive is just for the Nightbringer/Dawnbringer event, after that is over, regular missions will take their place.
