You know guys,i have been playing this game for a while,and what I've noticed is that every time riot nerfs toplane, yasuo and fiora rise back to the meta. Just leaving this here . "#tankrework"

it makes sense, since the dumstering of sunfire and the tank rework in general reduced their ability to fight their opponents at all in lane.

if you have a useless sack of health who cant fight back on his own, who are you going to pick into them? hyperscaling carries, who can easily farm to their power spikes.

though fiora doesnt exactly hyperscale either. for a lot of champions she becomes close to impossible to beat 1v1 after a certain point, but is complete shit in larger team fights.

she just doesnt have the extra cc, and safety from windwall and the shield passive that yasuo has. she just has riposte on a 20 sec cooldown. if she gets hit by anything after the parry, she dies. not to mention that it can be visually hard to keep track of enemy vitals in 5v5 clusterfucks. they become hard to make out among all the other effects.

Well I think she is rather balanced... Kinda. She fulfills her role as 1v1 goddess supreme while being relatively crap in teamfights. Most of the time I see her do well the teamfights usually end up being a series of nearby 1v1s and 1v2s. PSA Just Group.(unless shes fed) They could also nerf her laning phase more or make it so that she only gets the q cooldown refund on champion hits. Fiora-says hi

shes a mele adc. if she wasnt able to 1v1 and carry, what else would she do? lol.

they are hyper carries dude.. yasuo is ctr based champion which deals dmg and he has mobility fiora is anti tank champion

They aren't stronger strictly because of nerfs to tank top laners, who weren't particularly strong beforehand, especially against those two champions. Their strength right now is largely the result of buffs to their own items.
