http://i.imgur.com/EdRaDX8.png its not like he got tilted in the game or anything,he started trolling from the first second to the last second of the game,spamming the entire game "THIS VICTORY WAS SPONSORED BY RENEKTON" in all chat because i refused to swap roles with him. The sad part was that he actualy suceeded he tilted me and actualy got me to lose my next 2 games too without getting punished.
And the best part is, we can't even see it's name because of MUH NAME AND SHAME by Rito James XDDD Oh and just try and post his/her name here and you will get almost insta banned. Meanwhile, this guy is going to troll 200 more games before any sort of punishment XD

I'd like to remind you that no one can tilt you against your will. If you get tilted, only person you can blame is you yourself.
Submit a support ticket and see if you can get someone to review the game. Include cuts to where it's actively obvious he's trolling, so it doesn't take as much time.
I love how your allies didn't dodge either seeing this. They must've forgotten "oh if he loses we also lose". That's what they get for being bystanders

just go with the tilt. look him dead in the eyes and tell him "i dont care what you do. i have gone through worse" and no matter what he does. no matter WHAT he does. do not let him see for even a single moment you are tilted.
Half of me agrees with you, but the other half know that I'm actually bad enough that my score sometimes looks like that, even when I'm trying my hardest. Like I say all the time: I'm not inting, I'm just bad.
Riots system can only ban people for habitual behavior. If they troll repeatedly and get reported repeatedly then they will get banned. Its far more likely that the majority of trolls are people just doing it occasionally.
It is very difficult to properly monitor and then punish players that get reported without someone filtering the bans. You got to think that Riot probably gets thousands of bans every day and to go through those is really hard. So when someone keeps getting reports and they gather a large number of them, they are able to identify that person as a problem and punish them. Another thing is the automatic checks, the 'Bad' word bans as you see a lot of. Chat related bans are the easiest to monitor because they can go through an automatic system. Player and gameplay related bans take time to go through. If we had someone like the tribunal in place again that went through player reports again, then maybe, MAYBE we could see players like this get banned.
One thing that helps for going to report someone is fill in little box with information on what the player was doing. IF you fill that out it'll be easier for a Riot to make a call if they see a player with a number of reports. It gives him insight into what may have happened and what the people reporting him were thinking.
I regularly get notifications in client for when I make a successful report. Is this not enabled on EUNE, or are you just not reporting people using the client?
In fact, most recently I got the notification within 20 minutes and I was still in the post-game lobby. The enemy jungler was toxic and I think all 9 other players reported him - and he was punished almost immediately. Good times.
