top Quinn

jungle is pretty much Graves Kindred

bot its still 8 out of 10 marksmen in the top 10 winrates with a healthy representation of crit marksmen like Jhin Jinx Draven . Swain is literally the only exception of a non marksman who competes with them as a serious bot lane pick currently.

remind me, why are we buffing crit items again?

and if we do, are we nerfing jhinn, jinx, and draven with them?

Quinn builds full lethality. Completely unaffected by crit nerfs in markmen rework. Not sure how she has anything to do with this thread. Graves only builds item 3095 item 3046 because they synergize with his kit. More of a ranged bruiser/assassin mix than an adc and he is strong because of scuttle changes. Won more than lost from crit changes. Kindred what do you expect from like 3-4 buffs in a row. Jhin Jinx Draven strong because of how much item 3095 has been buffed. Nobody asked for this contradictory item that you NEED to build to not be dead weight in mid-game fights because of how trash item 3031 's build path is. Jinx is also strong because of how bullshit damage is right now. It's much easier to get resets on her passive and just run down the whole enemy team. Draven snowballs like a motherfucker, so he would obviously be strong right now. Now let's talk about the bottom of the barrel, like Tristana Caitlyn Corki

except that she usually builds a single lethality item, and then into stormrazor and a zeal item like shiv.

none of them are really an argument for crit item buffs.

crit buffs will affect all these champions aswell, and i dont see any nerfs for them on the pbe that come along wiht the item buffs.

so how will other crit marksmen become stronger in relation to these that are already strong? they wont.

and cait and tristana are deliberately kept weak. the problem with cait as meddler put it is, that she decides who can bot lane and who cant, when shes strong.

Quinn, graves, and kindred were reworked and intended for lanes outside of bot and only serve as proof that the class as a whole can be made to have lanes outside of bot lane. Furthermore, Quinn has been strong top for well over a season while building like an AD assassin over a crit marksmen. Graves builds like a bruiser(deaths dance, PD, black cleaver). And kindred was a joke until they rebuffed her and spent over a season being trash.

Jungle also has Eve, xin, and camille dominating it.

Top also has gp, garen, and darius.

As for bot lane, Swain is the best down there, which you pointedly ignored. He is beating out other champions who can only go bot lane. This argument that ADCs are still the most common thing picked bot is pretty trash, honestly. Of course they are. That's the only lane many of them can play in and, as a result, that's the lane that many of their mains only play. Many people, myself included, only play bot lane to play marksmen. If they suddenly weren't the most common thing bot, I'd be concerned.

As it stands, even with their "high pick rates," many of them are only doing okay in winrate and most are sub 50. And a decent chunk of them also feel unsatisfying to play.

building cleaver as one single ad/health item, and then going into full ad/crit isnt building bruiser.

nothing of what you said, changed the fact that graves and kindred are currently top picks as marksmen in the jungle.

bot has literally every other adc still being strong or viable, and marksmen mains cried when they had to share their lanes with non marksmen.

as you pointed out, quinn is a marksman who is strong in the top lane already for years. bruisers have THEIR only lane they can go to shared with other champion types since the beginning of the game.

i didnt.

and quinn is THE best on top lane. so we have a marksman whos the strongest top laner currently and a mage whos the strongest bot laner.

if markmsen are getting buffed just because swain is strong, why isnt every other top laner buffed just because quinn is the strongest?

I think you mean Quinn. She has the highest win rate in 3 roles while there other people above the adc's you just listed that aren't adc's.
