Olaf is broken...

Now hold on. You might look at this title and think, "Ugh, another rant thread" and you'd be wrong. I literally just got to playing as Olaf and 100% dumpstered the entire enemy team. Badly. It legitimately felt like there was absolutely nothing they could do against me. They ran a Shen, Kindred, Yasuo, Vayne and Karma. I completely blew up Shen early. Kindred came to lane while I was low, trying to sneak a kill in. I dumpstered his ass in 3 seconds for a double kill and from there it was all snowball. I sat under an inhib tower, tanking Kindred for ~8 solid seconds. She got me to about 15%, tower fell and a moment later, so did the lamb. Then the Vayne came up. I was at 20%. You get the idea.

I ended the game 12/3/1 and my only deaths were literally spent laugh taunting under towers in a 1v4 just to squeeze out every ounce of salt I could out of them. I get that Olaf is supposed to be the end-all-be-all champion of the 1v1, but holy fucking dogshit, Batman, OLAF IS JUST BROKE. Lol.

As if my elo has any appreciable value in a champion's power. He's braindead to play and hits like a minivan. He's strong in any elo.

Olaf isn't even strong in bronze, he has less than a 50% winrate in every elo. Snowballing in one game doesn't make a champion broken. Like I said before, he falls off HARD late game. his early game is just really, really good.

It actually has an a large value on a champions power because most champions are really strong in high elo or low elo and weak the other way around. Very few champions are both. For example, zed players suck massive balls in your elo, in my elo, they are good. In your elo katerina or darius can spank anyone and carry easily. Not the same in plat or diamond.

Also he has a 54 percent win rate in bronze and a 46 percent win rate in Plat where i am. Hes a low elo stomper

Olaf isn't even particularly good 1v1 as the game goes on. He's okay.

All dunk on Olaf late game, and quite a few do earlier. Fiora in particular both has the advantage in lane and destroys him 1v1 late game.

Frankly, the people you play against are bad. Olaf is perfectly viable in any elo, but he's not broken. You dumping on bronze shitters doesn't prove he is.

I guess that's true. I mean. Trundle is the only truly broken champion in the game. There's literally no way for you to win lane against him and he sure as hell doesn't fall off late game.

Don't fight olaf during the laning phase so he doesn't get fed he's really not very useful later in team fights.

Nah olaf is fun but not broken. He benefits from being at low health so unless they have hard cc (pre6) or nuclear damage engaging him while he is low is dangerous.

So you countered and snowballed off Shen ,dominated the game, and for some reason think Olaf is some sort of unbeatable God? (He is)

Thats like saying Vayne is broken (Shes not) when you snowball early.
