To be entirely honest, I was just poking a little fun, I mean nothing serious by this lol. I just thought elise would be fine after the changes to her Human Q.

But there are certain champions whom need to seriously be adjusted.

Shyvana being such one, I used to play Shyvana heavily before the devourer changes and now I can't without getting flamed for using OP stuff :\ I've given up on using her as I don't really like using overbearing/strong champions.
