Professional play is important, but can it stop being the sole reason for nerfs to a champ?
Literally have never seen anyone complain about Rek'Sai or claim she is OP outside of her release.

Competitive play has to be what is balanced around, a champion should be balanced around what they can do when played to the maximum effectiveness, like if Lee Sin were balanced around winrates, he would be getting buffs, but since he has so much potential, his winrate lies to the people who read it. Same goes for the new Ryze, the only reason he has a low winrate is because his ult has potential to lose games, but in the right hands he can murder a game too.
Or we can always see the same shit being picked over and over again, that's totally fun to watch.

If other strong competitive champions get nerfs I will believe Riot.They said this game is balanced around competitive.

Didn't they nerf Azir for the same reason? And Vladimir and Shen and so many others. But really, the upcoming nerf should not have a huge impact in solo Q. It will have a huge nerf on competitive however.

I've played against some scary tanky reksai's. Usually around high plat/diamond elo. Imo she's pretty strong, just depends on how you play the champ and build.
I think the only champ that needs a Nerf is yasuo

Well when there are millions of dollars on the line, nerfing a champion doesn't sound so bad
And prolly thats why Eve is being kept in this close to playable state. She is too strong in low elo and cant be let to be too strong in competitive. The difference in champ performance in different skill ranges can be quite huge in many cases, its really hard to find a middle point where it can be balanced in either situation
Yes i really like , but she gets constantly nerfed for no reason other than competitive it seems, her damage feels a bit laking and never have I completely destroyed someone when playing as Rek'Sai it always feels like I'm doing a decent job but not a great one, both before and after nerfs. 
is another champ that laks a lot of stats and imo is quite weak currently.
