Is it good enough to be meta?

Definitely do it in normals, should be fun and you can even win a few games.

But meta? Highly unlikely. A trilane means there are only two champions between the other sources of gold (other lanes and jungle). So a team that does this will quickly fall behind on gold unless they manage to get some substantial advantage. A support-ADC lane that waveclears and peels well should be able to hold on.

Then you get behind on experience. Again, waste of a source of experience. Once the jungler comes to gank you'll all be levels behind and will get owned. Not to mention this is three tank supports, meaning the other two lanes have to go pure damage and cannot risk losing lane, otherwise the team has no damage to fight with.

But it should be fun with friends! But will you see it in higher elo/a properly-played low elo/professional game? Not at all.

what about Swapping in a Mordekaiser who gets full XP and Farm, then one guy with Targon and another guy with Coin?

Hm, sounds better. Should help with some of the experience issue. The gold issue should be half-resolved, still exists but not as bad. And Morderkaiser can carry, which eases some pressure off the other two.

Not quite meta yet, as the lack of a jungler puts the other two lanes at a disadvantage. There's also the issue of the two supports being behind on experience, as they still lose out even with Mordekaiser on their team. But it sounds like it could win quite a few games by beating the enemy botlane to a pulp, forcing the jungler down there, and landing hooks.

Yeah, I mean, if you dynamic que with a bunch of players who all agree to abuse banner and zz'rot, chances are you are going to win more than you lose. You'lll get the early towers and the map pressure and should be all set. Just make sure your other two champs are high damage carries so that they can start snowballing with all the early turret gold you should be able to acquire. Should do Udyr jungle, Nautilus top and Soraka bottom and have all three do the banner/zz'rot thing. Then you can split push and win the game. The only real chance they'd have is to either turtle for a long time to even out the early gold or get an advantage in the laning phase somehow. If you really want to have those three champs; send Blitz and Thresh to the bottom lane, Nautilus can go jungle, a strong split pusher like Fiora for top lane, and a monster wave clearer for the mid lane.

Why not Heimerdinger Illaoi and Maokai ?

Self-sustaining, zoning, and have some poke. Resistant to hard engage and can engage themselves.

Or Mordekaiser Zilean and Bard ? All passively get experience and Zil and Bard only really need their first 6 levels to get to a decent stand point. Mordekaiser is the only extremely gold reliant champion and therefore gets all the last hits.

Need extremely push resistant champions in the side lanes to make sure the enemy team can't push so Singed Heimerdinger and/or MasterYi ?

Triple Lanes I think of (also have to be able to build Zz'rot/Banner): Mordekaiser Zilean Bard / Soraka Heimerdinger Illaoi Maokai
