Seriously, can I?

If Evelynn gets 1 kill early it's game over no matter who plays this champ.

Can we finally nerf this overbearing champ into the ground? She is also one of the easiest champs in the entire jungle roster.

How is she allowed to do so much damage without any items ?

Nerf her ridiculous base damage and her guaranteed CC (make her mark last less and to compensate you can make the mark appear 0.10 sec sooner or something like that).

no you can't. you're supposed to sit under turret and do nothing unless you have 12 pink wards in her jungle.

Buy control wards. Get your jungler to counter-gank if you fear her. If he's playing a champ with a half-decent early to mid game she will get clapped. Eve is mega squish. Oracle lense and control wards are your best friends.
