With this season can we redo summoner's spells

I mean all of them.

summoner 3 is way too powerful (armor/mr reduction, damage reduction, AS slow, slow). AS slow should be removed as it already reduces your damage. Armor/mr reduction from 10 -> 8+[.5*(champion level-1)]. This helps force it to be a dueling summoner spell instead of fuck this ADC or maybe a random assassin. (in case you haven't realized it is technically a 52% damage reduction if you include the DPS lost from the AS slow)

summoner 7 is way too good over summoner 21 more than 80% of the time. summoner 1 is garbage because it literally isn't allowed to be good due to ADC's. summoner 21 and summoner 1 should be merged and the CC reduction should be dropped to like 25%. This gives it a niche against burst mages and brings a little bit more decision to summoner 7 vs. summoner 21

summoner 14 got hardcore nerfed by the grievous wounds changes (10% less reduction to healing is a lot considering summoner 7 was not changed). Ignite should once again give true sight to make up for the nerf.

summoner 11 is in a good spot for the first time in several seasons.

summoner 12 the channel is too long and I feel that someone else canceling your TP should put it on the full 300s CD. Bring it back to 4s channel and remove all built in CD reduction from it. External (from items, masteries, etc.) is fine.

summoner 4 should no longer be able to exceed it's max range. Therefore removing yet another reason to use it. (being able to summoner 4 over the walls double it's length shouldn't happen).

summoner 6 gives a 15% slow reduction (including AS slow reduction) to give it a little more of a niche.

If the enemy team blows a summoner spell the game should track it for you. Much like how it tracks the jungle timers (at least visually). Now I mean if you have sight of them. If they blow flash running from jungle creeps and your team has no wards and no sight then no timer on their summoner's. In the case of flashing over a wall, it should track that as well. As long as you see the summoner spell active it should track it.

You do realize that the entire reason every lane has set summoner's is because of how badly balanced they all are. They all have different CDs (which could be an argument for lack of power), but the more situational ones generally aren't good enough to be considered in the majority of the situations they are useful in. summoner 1 is beyond niche. And summoner 21 is almost always worse than summoner 7 which is better than summoner 14 in a summoner for summoner trade assuming there is no other healing.

I can't tell if you are bronze 4 or just bad. I mean really there are some thing you just have to do for the health and variety in the game.

When I have to think more about what runes I am going to take in a match up over what Summoner Spell I'm going to take. (the thing that is supposed to have more influence) It's kind of sad.

Talk all the shit you want. Rank doesn't really mean much. But you are bronze 4 with a 31% win rate. That is a pretty big indication of your knowledge of the game.

Rank has little to do with knowledge. There are dozens of other factors, such as being able (or unable) to actually execute said ideas/knowledge, connection, health issues, so on and so forth.

What I said is because Barrier and Ghost have their own niche and work perfectly fine and are quite good in certain situations. Watch LCS by the way.

The thing is. Summoner spells are supposed to be situational. When Ghost and Barrier are so situational that they are a second thought there is a problem. When you always take heal exhaust bot lane and not heal ignite or ignite exhaust or barrier heal or barrier ignite or barrier exhaust you can tell there is a problem. And when one is so powerful 90% of the time it is taken, it can afford to lose some excess power that shouldn't exist on it.

And I could care less about the LCS. It's highly coordinated team play. Something you don't see in about 90% of games. And even then there are a few teams literally being carried by single individuals who are always picking the strongest champs and comps in the meta. In the LCS it's rock beats rock, paper, and scissors instead of rock beats scissors.

And the sad thing is half the pros abuse things that shouldn't exist in the game, but because they use it is a "mechanic" instead of a bug. Like Gragas E then flash combo. I can completely understand why Alistar is allowed to swap to a mechanic from a bug because his kit literally cannot function without it. But stuff like Grag E being abused should be fixed.

Ignite is common on kill supports and champions like Bard for example though.

Ignite the damage spell is common on killing people. And bard never brings Ignite. There is literally no use for him and having ignite. He is a peel support. When the only reason you bring ignite is to kill someone and half the time it isn't taken in a lane where you have an advantage shows how bad of a spot it is in compared to heal and exhaust.

???

Highest win rate usually indicates winning lane. AKA as you had the advantage from level 1. Hence his most picked is still summoner 4 summoner 3 because bard rarely ever is enough to counter a lane. And even then its exactly 50% win rate while being slightly ahead. When you are ahead you should be about 52+% win rate as that means you actually have the advantage it's just skill from there.

And if you look he only really counters a handful of champs. (win rate is a bad way to judge counter picks).

I meant Exhaust and Ignite are both just about as frequent as the other on Bard.

Not really. There is no way to judge that from champion.gg. And even then it's a 4k game gap.

Alistar also likes summoner 14. :)

while some of your suggestions need a bit of tweaking, the idea in general is, at the very least, considerable

I love how at least some people understand my points. It may not be the best numbers as I literally am spitballing changes, but I mean the current system is so locked in what you take and when. You rarely ever change what you bring according to what your lane is about. It's always. I'm Udyr so ghost. Or I'm Veigar I need ignite to push for early damage even in a bad match up. Or I am ADC so I should almost always bring summoner 7. I would at least like to see ignite and even barrier make their way back into bot lane and have TP actually be a situational summoner's that can swing games when used right.

Having ignite reveal stealth would help with the current plague popping up with Twitch and help to put Vayne in a spot that is easier to deal with late game when your team has no slots for pinks.

Give barrier cleanse would also help with the inherent problem with a lot of burst mages combo'ing you before you can do anything to retaliate. It would give you a cushion and give you the ability to retaliate.

That flash thing has to be done, otherwise you're stuck in a wall.

Or you could just fail flash like a normal person and actually have to learn ranges like every other ability instead of getting excess utility out of already the best summoner spell in the game.
