Well aside from the jungle cheese nerfs and ult nerfs.

Actually the EUW server has bigger population and a better playerbase. I lived there so i know this at least. There is a big reason why the NA server has always been the butt of the jokes of this community. We need to work hard.

the nerf to his ult lowering the damage starting at 2nd rank is actually pretty strong considering he is already known to fall of ...

but what people bitch about is the red side start with krugs getting lvl 3 early and ganking at pre 3 mins but what most people didnt noticed in the patch is the shuffling of experience you get in camps ( oh wait that would also nerf that a bit too wouldnt it )

I strongly disagree on that. SInce he is the one carrying his own games constantly he is not boosted by the dynamic whatsits. And since flex is now a team game ladder, its better since it is more organised than your sloppy soloque which 4man gangbangs cheese at botlane goes through every time due to lack of communication.

This nerf is pretty insignificant at times where he's considered strong. It's clearly aimed to stop him from bamboozling you when he's behind/outscaled, but then again smart players try to not let it happen in the first place. You know what? Just don't think about it. It might help you somewhere down the line, and that's better than nothing.

I'm thinking the most worrying thing is this may have been done to fill the "lee has been nerfed" yearly quota, meaning he won't receive any followup changes for a good while. Who knows if he'll ever get game health touchups in the future.
