Chuck Charles1 votesthis would be insanely broken as anyone engaging on you getting caught near max stacks would be fucked super hard. his passive not to be understated with 6 stacks because of not only the dot but the burst from E. early on that 6 stack burst from E is actually strong. the reason twitch is weak is because he cannot get 6 stacks. however, making him get it easy is not the answer either.
