About Juggernauts and how to fix the flashy Meta

With the recent seasons a trend of having extremely mobile champions or champions with really high utility and cc has occured. This is so crucial to the game that if a champion doesn't have any or not a lot of these aspects it is kind of doomed to be unbalancable unless reworked.

This is nothing new and has been around since 2 seasons now but the changes on the PBE seem like they are changing this up by a lot. Instead of giving a champion reliable cc, mobility or utility Riot makes the lack of these aspects an actual trademark for those champions and try to put strengths elsewhere to make up for it. If that actually turns out to be working they would have just fixed this arguable problem and made a giant shift in the meta.

Yet I don't think that these changes will put the champions at a state where they are balancable or fix the problems their kits have. Darius for example will still be really easily kited outside of lane and probably only be good ( and arguably really, really good ( 200 free AD on his passive ( I love brackets ) ) ) in SoloQ because his lane domination will now get massively buffed. Same thing with the other changes, they kind of seem out of place. I don't think Darius and Garen will be fixed, I think Skarner might be good now and I'm too hesitant to make assumptions about the Morde changes because they are just plain out weird and unpredictable.

This brings up some questions. Is this an actual problem? Should Riot keep on giving reworks that give champions the utility/cc/mobility needed and just go with the trend? Or should they try to make the meta less jumpy? And most importantly, how are they actually gonna do it?
