Is Malzahar going to become the new Ryze?

You literally can't even balance this champion. Even when you nerfed his numbers he became one of the worst mids in the game, and now that he got those small damage buffs a couple of patches ago he has became the highest win rate most broken champ in mid since then.

the malzahar mains are satisfied with the changes. its not that malzhar is op its just that other mages are crap
