Point and click burst

Adcs, we all know the issue, there's a dozen threads each day. I remember a rioter speaking about nerfing the current no-counterplay assassins, and how some people would just move on to the next lowest denominator point and clicker burster. Right now? That may actually be adcs. It's seriously starting to show as a cornerstone of the system.

I guess what I'm trying to ask riot is "why do adcs get a free pass on this whole interactive damage" thing?
