I'd like to apologize to Riot for overreacting on the Lulu PBE nerfs

It would seem that Riot actually does care about support Lulu.

If you want my advice though Riot if you want to nerf solo lane Lulu while leaving support Lulu mostly untouched focus on the ratios, not the base values. Like for example Lulu shouldn't even have an ap ratio on her W, and to be honest the whole concept of AP-scaling utility really seems to have done more harm than good as a whole.

Anyways thank you for acknowledging that mistakes were made.

Yeah well, lucky you, cuz last year there were many people backlashing at veigar's rework but they just gave us the middle finger and pushed it through anyways.

TBH the Q change did offer alot more poke and farming, but the stun change just gave enemies more counterplay vs it.

If anything the Q change was a buff to most while the stun change was obviously a nerf for more counterplay.

It wasn't even that, it was the fact that it was an overall nerf over buff
