Can we buff Brands mana regen?

I mean I think the mana regen nerfs hurt him the most out of everybody considering he was balanced around a small mana pool.

Brand has insane damage with almost no items. The poor mana regen is what makes him balanced because he can't just spam his abilities.

But he also has a tiny mana pool. You can't say oh the flaw to him is poor mana regen when he was made to revolve around having a low mana pool and high mana regen. Ever since the mana rework he has struggled and only excelled in a few random times and quickly disappeared.

'cause he doesn't need AP items to damage, he just needs magic penetration 'cause his base damages are so good that you could harass somebody out of lane or kill them before level 4

Just give him a bigger mana pool or reduce his mana costs. They won't change his manar regen.
