Players have given so many negative responses on the vel koz changes from Riot
Yet Riot ignores the playerbase and decides to listen to themselves and still precede changing vel koz.

That's because the players complaining:
A.) Know nothing about the rework B.) Are just paranoid their champion will be destroyed C.) Are ignorant to the fact that Vel'Koz is not very unique at all

but why the hell would riot try to make his kit to a broken state to make balance even more complicating?
And why are you assuming they'll take his kit to a broken state? Riot has far more game knowledge than any given player ever could, and they were careful in picking the champions in need of some diversity. I love Vel'Koz, but he really doesn't bring anything to his team other than sheer dps--and that's if he gets good peel. That's why nobody picks him in pro and nobody wants him in solo Q; It's too hard to get a teammate to focus on peeling for you and other champions can fill the same slot while still providing utility.
Just because the public is complaining that they don't want change doesn't mean that he's better off staying the same, and Riot knows that. They may not be perfect with their reworks & adjustments, but they are still very good at pinpointing where the game needs tuning.
