Riot will you ever make Elise playable again?

Elise in her current state is completely unviable in ranked play. Last I checked her win rate was the lowest in the game. She has an enormous skillcap but her difficult kit is not the least bit rewarding. She is weaker than point and click champions that can't mess up their abilities.

I haven't seen an Elise EVER in League of Legends. Not in ranked, not in Aram, not in normals. I am the only person I've ever played an Elise game with and I only do it in bots because she's so unplayable right now. PLEASE BUFF HER. The last change to her was after she had become unusable, and it was yet another nerf (movement speed reduced by 5).

And how do you buff her? As allways champs with 7 spells are close to being impossible to balance (see Nida,Jayce) as they aer either oppressively strong or really lackluster in their form.

Very true but Elise got nerfed harder than those two.

True but any time Nidalee and Jayce are played regularly people demand for nerfs and they usually get them.

Elise's kit is more restrictive. To do any damage at all you're forced to use both forms. Nid and Jayce have power buttons that do huge damage from a long range, and additionally have powerful burst. Elise is worthless top and mid and is poor in the jungle. She has one of the highest skillcaps and the lowest return from it, and I think that's the biggest problem. Other champions with unreliable kits such as Morgana and Nidalee have absurd damage or utility to offset their difficulty.

Honestly I think the best fix to Elise is to give her a niche, rather than trying to balance her. They could giver her a strong early game like Lee and Shaco or a strong late game like Nasus and Vlad.

Ironically, one of the first sources of nerfs on Elise's kit was her human Q, which is a point-and-click nuke that used to let her crush tanks and bruisers in top lane. Since that didn't make for the healthiest laning gameplay (and still doesn't), it received significant mana cost increases.

Aside from being unhealthy in lane, one of Elise's core problems is that she does too much, which is why she used to dominate the jungle to an even greater degree than LeeSin, who has the same problem, back when she was strong. Buff her damage, and she becomes an assassin with more tools on the side (e.g. tankiness, hard crowd control, sustain) than her competitors. Buff her tankiness, and becomes as tough as other bruisers while being able to output far more burst. Her kit is a mix between that of a mage and an assassin, with bruiser elements thrown in, and the result is that she can't be made strong at anything she does without just doing more than everyone else. Right now, she's doomed to either be super-weak, as she is now, or too strong, which she used to be and will become if she receives too many buffs. She needs changes to her kit, and would likely need to have some parts of her taken away before she can be made strong at the rest.

The problem is that nerfing her top lane prowess ruined any chance she had at jungling. They need to rebalance her capped damage vs monsters and give her spider form more power. This way she can't safely harass top laners and her full power requires her to be in melee range.

"Buff her damage, and she becomes an assassin with more tools on the side (e.g. tankiness, hard crowd control, sustain)"

Elise doesn't actually have any tankiness though. As long as you only buff her AP ratios rather than buffing her base damages, you shouldn't have to worry about her being an assassin/tank. Also, you don't necessarily have to buff her Qs (the assassin-ish tools in her kit), you could buff her on-hit magic damage which would obviously be sustained damage rather than burst.

She does have hard CC and sustain, yep, but fighters tend to have those things and Elise can be pushed towards being a fighter, not necessarily an assassin.

I think I read somewhere that they where planning on giving her a light kit rework. Right now she looks like this seasons Olaf, like him she had a sub 50% win rate ( around 47 ) even when she was strong, and after getting nerfed her win rate dropped to around 40%

She's not on the champion update list (they recently did a list of champions who are currently getting reworks and she wasn't on it).

What about giving her a slight rework with some minor scaling buffs? Probably sounds stupid but here is an idea. Make her All human atm Q do a bit more(Idk what more but just a bit) Make her w do the initial damage while also putting a poison debuff that x amount of magic damage over time kinda like brand passive I guess. Imo the E stun is fine. Spider form I think the q is great but a little more damage on it would be nice, not to much but a tiny bit. Her w is awesome love having the minions do a lot of the dirty work lol, and the E either change it or make it so you are able to jump to allies and your own towers or make it do a little damage to whoever you dropped on and her R, idk about that one it seems fine XD Again, this is all opinionated :p

elise might be able to splitpush with 5 spiders...has anyone tested this?

elise + zzrot portal for easy pushing?

She has incredible tower pushing IF she builds AP, but her main weakness is not having the best waveclear due to Volatile Spiderling being a bit awkward and her nerfed stats mean she can't necessarily duel someone who comes to stop her. I think if they buffed her to be a stronger duelist or made the AOE on Volatile Spiderling a bit bigger (or both), she'd be an amazing AP splitpusher.
