Why not make duskblade a dirk+sheen item

And appropriately adjust the mechanic of the auto proc.

One issue with duskblade right now is that there some users that can take advantage of it drastically better than most others, with some able to pull of 3 procs in a rotation, while most others can really only do 1 in their rotation. And for the proc maybe make it off of a percent value of total or bonus AD instead of base AD So that there is reward for the AD stacking champs. That way at least for the damage value of the proc it can be better balanced overall since the damage balancing will be assuming that ALL users of the item will be procing it multiple times in their rotation instead of a select few.
