This new HUD is horrible on my eyes and their's nothing I can do about it.

I have a vision impairment and have issues with certain elements of the HUD. Previously I made adjustments to the UI by modifying the .ini files that built it for the game.

Note the position of the team frames. I put them all in a nice even square (I can better focus on all of them at once like this) and enlarged them for better visibility.

This is what the new HUD looks like:

First of all Riot decided to make the teamframes circular for some reason, which my eyes do not follow well and makes it harder for me to tell certain champions apart. Second of all look how horribly small they made them. I'd like to point out that this is with all of the interface scale setting set to max. The health and resource bars are so tiny that they might as well not even be there.

Now originally this wouldn't have been too much of an issue for me. On the PBE I actually modded this new HUD to basically make the teamframes like I had them before this update, and I had it ready for when the HUD was released to live, but as it turns out Riot decided at the last minute to get rid of the .ini files and shove everything related to the HUD into binary files that I cannot modify. Now I'm stuck with whatever options are available by default and they simply aren't enough.

Then get your eyes used to the new HUD, simple as that. I remember when I couldnt smartcast, and now I can. I remember when I couldnt use free-camera instead of locked camera, and guess what? Now I can. Jesus christ just get used to it

I've played since season 1 with the teamframes the way they were by default and I could never get used to it. They might as well not have existed at all to me cause I never looked at them for information. I've always had issues with big teamfights and losing focus on my allies and their health, but ever since I made these changes to the teamframes I had a much easier time managing this.

For reference this is what my eyesight looks like

As you can imagine focusing on tiny details or certain shapes can be very exhausting.

Get used to focusing, and btw if your eye sight ARE REALLY that bad. Stop playing the game and go to the doctors. You need to fix that now, you're actually gonna go blind if you continue playing like my uncle.

I've already seen doctors. There's nothing they can do about it since it's not well researched.

I think you should send a ticket to the support with that gif image.

I've been seeing a lot of people's opinions on these forums and is it really too much to ask for some proper customization for the HUD? Riot claims they are all about giving us customization but that starkly contrasts with them replacing the .ini files with binary files to prevent modifying the UI yourself.
