Well, were big abusers of CotC, which got nerfed. So did get nerfed.
Just because you don't see a section for a champ in the patch notes doesn't mean they weren't buffed or nerfed. There are way more things that go into a champions balance than the numbers in their kits. Please think about that next time you're scrolling through the patch notes.

AP Shaco needs to buy 3 items with extra ap ratios just to function as a champion who's sole goal is to nuke the enemy ADC and they're smacking his damage down even further. he's going to become a troll pick at this rate.
